Taking a trip into the countryside is an amazing experience no matter what the season. Consider the weather to dress appropriately however, do not let the weather be daunting to you. Embrace the seasons. Along with your physical space, consider your inner environment as well.

Develop your sense of control, optimism, resilience, self-efficacy, as they can be learned and practiced. Set a positive intention for your interactions with the environment and people wherever you go as they are linked to good health and well-being.

The environment you are in can influence your mood, behaviour, and motivation. Studies reveal that rooms with bright light, both natural and artificial, can improve health outcomes such as depression, agitation, and sleep.
We have the opportunity to choose our environment that supports our perspective of or that suits our lifestyle. Whether at work or home or out and about take notice of the environment that you are in or headed towards.
Most of us look at things but few actually see what we are looking at.
Become a person who sees things, notices the environment and not just whips past it. Rack up experiences and share them with others soon you will change your social surroundings as more people become like minded about the environment we walk, play, work, and live in.
Visual “noise” increases stress. A cluttered, dirty, or confusing environment can cause us to feel worried, sad, or helpless.

Studies show that even a short contact with nature can significantly reduce stress, reduce anger and fear, and increase pleasant feelings.
